Steampunk Bracelet and Etching Intensive

Janice Berkebile

Saturday and Sunday, April 24th and 25th, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Level - Advanced Beginner to Intermediate

This will be a combined class!

First, using Copper Sulfate and a variety of resists, etch copper for beautiful textured metal. We will have Sherri Haab’s Etching System available for class use and then for purchase after class.

Than, inspired by the texture and forms of the cogs and wheels of the Steampunk movement, create a bracelet using mixed metals. Textured discs provide the base. Weave wire and headpins through punched holes to create various cog~like textures. Add a strong clasp for a fabulous bracelet!
