Free-form Rivoli Brooch

Learn to address a rivoli by nestling it into Lacy’s Stiff Stuff to create a smooth backing for a brooch. The rivoli will be the focal point from which all other beads follow by creating beaded paths with embroidery. Color placement, design, and texture will all be explored!
 
Supplies:
 

16mm-18mm Swarovski Rivoli, 1 gm. Delica or Toho beads, One tube size 15 seed beads in colors to match your rivoli, One tube size 11 seed beads, embellishment beads (crystals, pearls, 2mm bugle beads, anything you like), Poster board for backing (available at any craft store), pin back, ultrasuede 4x4 square and Lacy's Stiff Stuff 4x4 square

Scissors, fine line marker, white chalk pencil, Size 12 or 13 beading needle, E-6000 glue and tacky glue
